Extra Credit

Write me a quick email answering the following question:

What is Earth Hour? 

Be sure to tell me what it is in YOUR OWN WORDS.  You don't have to write me a 10 page essay, just a paragraph about what it is.  No Wikipedia allowed.

If you turn it in by MONDAY (3/19) at 8:15am -- 5 points
If you turn it in by TUESDAY at 8:15am -- 4 points
If you turn it in by WEDNESDAY at 8:15am -- 3 points
If you turn it in by THURSDAY at 8:15am -- 2 points
If you turn it in by FRIDAY at 8:15am -- 1 point

Bonus Points!

As you remember in class, I told you that you should be checking this blog frequently.  Let's see who is...

if you bring in a box of tissues to class on Monday, you will get 3 bonus points.
if you bring in a box of tissues to class on Tues/Wed, you will get 2 bonus points.
if you bring in a box of tissues to class on Thurs/Fri, you will get 1 bonus point.

If you read this and can't get a box of tissues by Monday (or will be absent Monday) you can email me BY MONDAY and get the full 3 points after bringing in the tissues.

Class Monday

Remember, I will not be in class on Monday.  You are going to be working on #2, #4, #7 and #9 in class and your HW will be #6 and #8.  I will be checking the entire worksheet when I return on Tuesday, so make sure you have every problem except 5 and 10 done.
